Description

Intronik PRO is a revamped version of the renowned professional multi-frequency metal detector, the Intronik STF, developed by AKAMD using innovative circuitry. The core aim of this upgrade is to empower experienced users of the device to delve deeper and locate intricate targets by leveraging the manufacturer’s software algorithms to their fullest potential. AKAMD has tailored this enhancement specifically for Intronik owners, introducing novel circuit designs and components. By minimizing circuit noise, broadening the dynamic range, enhancing immunity to external electromagnetic disturbances, and boosting recovery speed, this modification optimizes the device’s already impressive search capabilities for more efficient and effective searches.

We have made significant circuit design changes for the device known as the metal detector (AKA Intronik). We are thrilled about these developments:

  1. The revamped Receive amplifier circuit is not simply a basic operational amplifier swap-out, but rather a fresh and innovative design. This redesign offers an array of benefits, including an expanded dynamic range, minimal internal circuit noise, decreased susceptibility to external electromagnetic interference, heightened sensitivity to small targets through optimized high-frequency operation, and reduced necessity for soil compensation adjustments when altering parameters like gain due to improved linearity of the Phase-frequency response within the operational frequency range. Commonly known as a metal detector, this upgrade has sparked excitement within the community.
  2. Swapping out the operational amplifiers in compensator and phase shifter circuits results in a more precise and low-noise performance. This upgrade enhances coil adaptation and improves the accuracy of the ground compensation (GC) and ground balance (GB) procedures. The difference is particularly noticeable when dealing with high settings and challenging soil conditions. While the standard equipment may struggle, this alternative setup excels in executing the GC procedure correctly. Known as an aka metal detector, this enhanced system brings a sense of excitement to the process.
  3. Swapping out the comparators results in heightened sensitivity towards smaller targets, improved accuracy, and reduced phase dispersion in target response. This transformation is particularly beneficial for devices known as metal detectors, also referred to as AKAs. The overall tone surrounding this development is one of enthusiasm.
  4. Adjusting and altering the anti-aliasing filter positioned between the demodulators and the ADC is crucial for enhancing the recovery speed of the device. This adjustment results in a faster recovery rate, thus boosting operational efficiency in metal detection without sacrificing accuracy.Metal detector enthusiasts, get ready to experience a significant upgrade in performance with this modification!
  5. Revamped the ADC circuit by incorporating a high-performance operational amplifier to achieve an ultra-low-noise VR (voltage reference). The key to flawless operation lies in having a pristine ADC voltage reference, ensuring accurate digitization of subtle signals by minimizing noise interference. Known as a metal detector in technical terms, this enhancement promises precision and reliability with an enthusiastic tone.
  6. Substituting electrolytes with premium tantalum and tantalum polymer capacitors as needed. Incorporating RC filters to power the key components of the circuit. The outcome: a notable decrease in high-frequency disturbances and the interplay between circuit nodes. This leads to a substantial drop in the circuit’s internal noise. Also known as a metal detector. Excitement level: high!
  7. Enhancing the audio amplifier design to boost sound output and minimize distortion. This upgrade enables more versatile control over the device’s volume, enhancing the ability to detect faint signals with greater efficiency.Commonly known as a metal detector, this development is met with enthusiasm and anticipation.
  8. Upgrading the coil block by swapping out one operational amplifier with a precise, low-noise model leads to decreased noise in reference voltages across various frequencies. These voltages play a crucial role in the functionality of the device circuit, particularly in metal detection applications. Excitement levels are high!
  9. Feel free to adjust the brightness on the display if you’d like. These enhancements don’t expand the device’s impressive air range or target depth, but they do allow for higher settings to be utilized with improved stability, quiet operation, and a more confident ground balance procedure. This provides an edge when working with faint signals at great depths, as well as boosting accuracy in detecting small targets and speeding up the process of identifying metal waste. Known as the aka metal detector, these upgrades are sure to bring excitement to your treasure hunting adventures!
